Michael Welsh
President
Michael graduated high school in Hyde Park, NY; he then spent the next four years in the United States Airforce where he was a member of the Civil Engineers. Michael spent the next five years honing his construction skills by working in the field and attending Macintosh College in Dover, NH where he received his degree in Construction Management. At the age of twenty six he became a superintendent where he mastered the skills of running a construction project. After only four years he moved into project management and learned to negotiate contracts, develop schedules, organize and coordinate multiple projects. It was during this time that he developed the basic ideal that Protrac Construction was formed around, "Treat clients with respect, integrity, and honesty and those clients will return and recommend you to their friends, colleagues and associates." In 2002 Protrac Construction was formed by two men who believed and practiced that ideal.
