In the twenty seven years that we have been involved in construction we have seen numerous changes. The construction industry has developed a me versus you attitude with clients what with extras, change orders, the list goes on. Our objective as it has been for several years is to rebuild the client contractor relationships. We think construction should be an exciting and enjoyable time for a growing business and our companies policies reflect these beliefs.

      Protrac was formed in 2002 by Michael Welsh and Stephen Wagar who have over fifty years combined experience. Protrac is a current member of the New York State Better Business Bureau, The Associated Builders & Contractors Association, The Building Trades Association, The Associated General Contractors of America we are also reported on and in held excellent standings with Dunn & Bradstreet.
